ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Rooster Removals services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Rooster Removals provides professional moving and relocation services including:

  • Residential and office relocations
  • Furniture assembly and disassembly
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Delivery services
  • Storage solutions

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final charges may vary based on actual services rendered, additional items, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services. The invoice will be generated immediately after service conclusion for prompt settlement.
  • A 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied to the final service total.
  • Travel time from our depot to the client's location and the return trip to our depot (Depot to Depot) is also charged at the applicable rate.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTICE: Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Our Coverage

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for your belongings. Our standard coverage includes protection against loss or damage during the moving process.

Limitations

  • Clients must declare high-value items (over $5,000) for additional coverage
  • Damage from improper packing by client is not covered
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, and events beyond our control are excluded

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about items to be moved
  • Ensuring access to both pickup and delivery locations
  • Securing parking permits if required
  • Removing items not included in the move
  • Notifying us of any hazardous materials

PROHIBITED ITEMS

We cannot transport:

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
  • Animals
  • Illegal substances or items

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Western Australia. Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve issues amicably.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
